Is there a cost to start a team store?
No. Setting up your team store is free. We design your store, list your products and handle hosting at no charge. You only pay for the items your team actually orders.
How long does it take to go live?
Most stores go live within 5-7 business days of artwork approval. We will work with you on a firm launch date if you have a tryout, banquet or season kickoff to hit.
Can we use the store for fundraising?
Yes. We build a small markup into each item's price, and that difference is paid out to your team or booster club after each order window closes.
Does the store stay open all season?
We can run it either way: a set ordering window that closes and prints in one batch, or an always-open store for year-round spirit wear. You choose what fits your team.
What if a parent needs a different size later?
If your store stays open year-round, they can simply reorder. For a closed ordering window, we are happy to open a short reorder period for exchanges before final printing.
