No minimum order, and no penalty for a small run. Screen printing is built for volume, but a dozen shirts for a family reunion is as welcome as three hundred for a school. Ask and we will tell you which method gives you the better price at your quantity.

We print customer-supplied garments. Tell us the blank and the fabric before you buy a case of it, because some blends take ink far better than others and it is cheaper to find out first.

When to Pick Embroidery Instead
Print is not always the answer, and we would rather tell you than sell you the wrong thing.
Hats, polos, jackets and bags almost always look better stitched. Premium corporate pieces read as more expensive with thread than with ink. A run of five does not justify screen setup. In any of those cases, go to custom embroidery.

Turnaround
Most Orders in 5 to 7 Business Days
Measured from artwork approval. Screen setup happens once per color, so a one-color design on a big run moves faster than a four-color design on a small one.
Got a game, a banquet or an event date? Tell us the date when you send the artwork and ask about Rush Service. We will give you a straight answer on whether it is achievable rather than a hopeful one.
Local pickup is available at the Overland Park shop.
The Process
How a Print Order Runs
- 1 Send artwork and quantity Rough numbers are fine to start. Color count and quantity are what drive the price. Estimates are free.
- 2 Choose the garment We will recommend blanks that suit the design, the budget and the way the shirts get worn.
- 3 Approve the proof You see placement, size and colors before screens are made. Nothing prints until you say yes.
- 4 We print and you collect Typically 5 to 7 business days from approval. Pick up locally or arrange delivery with us.

Screen Printing Questions We Get Asked
How many shirts do I have to order?
There is no minimum. Screen printing gets cheaper per shirt as the run grows, so on very small orders we will tell you honestly whether another method gives you a better price.
How long does screen printing take?
Most orders are finished within 5 to 7 business days of artwork approval. Color count, quantity and garment availability all affect it. Tell us your deadline up front and ask about rush service.
Can you print shirts I supply myself?
Yes. Check the blank with us before you buy a case, because some fabrics and blends take ink much better than others and the difference shows in the finished shirt.
Does the price change with the number of colors?
Yes. Each color in the design needs its own screen, so color count and quantity together set the price. A one-color design on a large run is the cheapest combination.
Can you print names and numbers on jerseys?
Yes. Team jerseys with individual names and numbers are regular work. If you are outfitting a full roster, a team store makes collecting sizes and payment much easier.
Should I choose screen printing or embroidery?
Screen printing suits large designs, t-shirts and bulk orders. Embroidery suits hats, polos, jackets, bags and premium pieces, and it works at any quantity. Tell us the job and we will recommend one.
Can I order by phone or email instead of the website?
