Your Logo, Stitched to Last
Embroidery puts your name or logo into the garment instead of on top of it, so it survives the wash and still looks sharp two seasons later. We stitch hats, polos, jackets, bags and name tags in our Overland Park shop, one piece or one thousand.
There is no minimum order. One hat is a real order. Most embroidery shops will not run fewer than twelve or twenty-four pieces, so if you have been turned away for ordering too few, that is the reason, and it is not a problem here.

We embroider customer-supplied items. Bring the jacket you already own, the hat you picked up on vacation or a case of shirts you bought elsewhere, and we will put your logo on it.

Hats are the single most common thing people bring us, and they are the piece most shops handle badly.

Bring Your Own Hat
One hat, your hat, your design. We will tell you honestly whether the artwork will stitch cleanly at that size before we run it, because a logo with fine text does not always survive the shrink down to a cap front.
If the design will not work as stitched, we will say so and suggest what to change rather than take the order and hand you something disappointing.

The clock starts at artwork approval, not at the first phone call. Quantity, garment availability and how complex the design is all move the number.

The Process
How an Embroidery Order Runs
- 1 Send the artwork Email a logo, a photo or a rough sketch. We will tell you what we can work with. Estimates are free.
- 2 Pick the garment Choose from thousands of blanks, or bring your own. We will steer you toward fabric that takes stitching well.
- 3 Approve the digitized proof Your logo is converted into a stitch file. You see it and approve it before a needle moves.
- 4 We stitch and you collect Typically 5 to 7 business days from approval. Pick up locally or arrange delivery with us.

Embroidery Questions We Get Asked
Is there a minimum order for embroidery?
No. One piece is a real order. That is true of every decoration method we offer, and it is unusual: most embroidery shops set a minimum of twelve or twenty-four.
Can you embroider a hat or jacket I already own?
Yes. We embroider customer-supplied garments regularly. Bring the item in and we will check that the fabric and the placement will take stitching cleanly before we start.
How long does embroidery take?
Most orders are finished within 5 to 7 business days of artwork approval. Quantity, garment availability and design complexity all affect it. Ask about rush service if you have a fixed deadline.
What artwork do you need from me?
Send whatever you have. A vector file is ideal, but a clear image or even a sketch is enough to start. Your logo is digitized into a stitch file and you approve a proof before production.
What is the difference between embroidery and screen printing?
Embroidery stitches thread into the fabric and suits hats, polos, jackets and bags, plus small runs and premium pieces. Screen printing pushes ink through a mesh and suits large designs on t-shirts and bulk orders. See our screen printing page for that side.
Do you do monogramming and name tags?
Yes. Monograms, single names, embroidered name tags and patches are routine work, including one-offs. Personalization is the business the shop was built on.
Can I order by phone or email instead of the website?
